Just Around the Corner 光与影

This building was just around the corner of where our hotel in downtown LA. Everyday we walk pass it to go to the conference centre without giving it any notice before the last day. The shadows and the patterns hit me, leading me into somewhere unknown, somewhere far away, somewhere very calm and very old.

洛杉矶市中心的Figuroa Hotel, 运用中世纪西班牙风格，从明亮喧闹的大街转入昏暗的大堂和长廊，在到达都市绿洲似的酒吧的露天泳池，像换了好几个天地。

Hollywood 影城好莱坞

举世闻名的影城好莱坞的名称标志，到今年已经有81年历史了。

每个字母 有 4层楼（13.6 米）高，9到12米宽， 1978年重修的时候以钢筋水泥为支架，搪瓷作字母，耗资两万七千美元。
